Color Preset "not" functioning

I’ve been spending a lot of time tweaking colors, etc., and today the preset drop down is “not” activating changes. I change the drop down to a different preset and nothing happens?!

    Stuck with bad colors 🙁

If you change to one of the default presets does it work?

The defaults work, but none of my saved presets. Also, the Primary and Secondary menu don’t change at all.

Yep, we’ve identified the cause of the two issues above and made the fixes. They’ll be available in the next update.

    Hey Syahir,

I seem to have the same problems. I change colours and save them but nothing changes in my blog. Do you already know when the update will come? Thank you that you always help that fast.

    Cheers, Lisa

That does not sound like the same problem, which are related to saving and applying colour presets. Did you mean that when you change a colour setting, that change isn’t reflected on your site?

I think I worked it out. I mean, not really… wanted to change the colour of the main menue points from black to white. Did that in the appearance, saved it and my site didn’t change. I tried it a couple of times, deleted the colour, put it back in and saved it.

Now I just did that again and it worked. 🙂 My case would be resolved.

    Thank you.

Well, the language used on the graphene theme options page is “save.” There is no “apply.” I can “save all options” or “save options” (at the bottom) to save/apply/initiate the color changes. I can also “save current setting as preset.”

I was trying to “save/apply/initiate” the settings and nothing changed. That is no longer the case, it’s working appropriately. I still would like to be able to save “every” color setting when I “save current setting as preset.” That function only saves color I have modified. It does “not” lock in a color that might be a default when I “save current setting as preset.” Am I explaining that adequately?

    Thanks!

Yep, I got what you meant the first time, which is why I was saying that @gruuna’s issue was quite different than yours.

Issues with the colour presets management have been fixed in our latest development version, and will be available in the next update. I wish we can immediately push out the updates, but unfortunately there are many limitations placed on us. Internal testing, getting the translation files updated, etc. And last of all, WordPress.org reviews each and every theme update submitted to the repository, adding more delays and really stays our hand from issuing updates as soon as we wish we could.

If you want to try it early, I can provide you with a copy of the latest development version, or get it directly from Google Code using SVN if you know how to.
