Collapsing Categories Plugin with V2.0.1 no longer working

I just upgraded to GT V2.0.1.
I use Collapsing Categories from https://robfelty.com/
It does no longer work

Bring back old version!

My slider (pictures put in as posts keep messing up); testimonials are moving around..it’s a mess! So frustrated!

WP 4.8.3 with GT 2.1.2

Still when enabling the widget it shows the title but the categories are not showing up. Is there some JS problem?

Just wanted to follow up on this.
WP 4.9.1 with GT V2.1.2 and Collapsing Categories V2.1.1 (10000+ installations)

Collapsing Categories

Not working in the widget area, maybe because of JS?

This plugin has a conflict with the Bootstrap framework styling. Will include a fix in the next update.
