Changing title color

    I’m trying to change the color of my blog title but can’t seem to figure out where. When I click on Appearance – Header, there is no Header text or Header text color option. I don’t see any option for header text color under Graphine options either. What am I missing? Any help would be great!

    Go to Customize >> Colors >> “Header Text Color”
