Change color on background of sidebar widget headers

I have a blog at http://blog.selectgp.com, using Graphene Theme, and I wanted to change the dark blue color of the background of the headings of the sidebar widgets to a different color (span style=”color: rgb(9, 148, 220). Does anyone know the custom CSS code I would add? Please help.

I LOVE this theme by the way. So easy to customize.
