Change Block Button Text

Hello, I am new to this theme and was wondering if there is a way to change the Block button text in v1.8.3. I have searched and found suggestions but I can’t find the code lines that are referenced in those posts and they seem to be for an older theme version.

Currently the button text says “View page>>” and I’d like to change that. This is on the Block Buttons that display on each post excerpt listed on a page.

What file does that block of code currently exist in? I can’t seem to locate the containing file.

It doesn’t exist anywhere — you need to create a child theme and place that code in the child theme’s functions.php file. Follow through the links in the first post of that topic.
