Borders and lines: footer border in sticy post, border in comments, box lines in WP-User Control

All footer borders except in first (sticky) post are violet, but sticky post (Storyline) is black?

How to add borders like in posts and pages also to comments (you must be logged in)?

To change the sticky post footer border colour to violet,

In comments I use the same code like in posts and pages, but bottom corners aren’t rounded:
