    1) I have done it a few hours ago, but I suggest an option to disable the first bar in the Options-Page (Or the menu-page).

    > * Removed W3C code validation icons

I like, that it is tested and without mistakes. But I find it nice, that I haven’t to remove it always in the CSS.

    > * Added support for “status”, “audio”, “image”, and “video” post formats

    I suggest a tag, to embedd a youtube-video in a normal post.

    Ken,

    Quote:
I don’t know…when I view my test site in Firefox I get a weird gradient that makes the menus hard to read. I do not see this in Safari or Chrome. (Screen snip here.)

You just need to refresh the page (CTRL + F5). Your browser is still using the old image sprites instead of the new one.

Also, the descriptions for child pages just run into the title. They are not on a separate line in smaller text. This is true in all browsers that I use: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Seamonkey.

Also, how do I add a description for the “Home” page?

The description are just for the top-level menu, not for the submenu. I’ll add a check to make sure the submenu does not show description text. And also an option to add the description for the default menu “Home” menu item.

Also, how are you getting that second line of navigation options? That one that starts “In the News” in this screenshot. I am not seeing that anywhere. It is probably so obvious that I am overlooking it.

That’s the Secondary Menu. Go to WP Admin > Appearance > Menus to use it.

WordPress already supports this natively. Try inserting a Youtube video URL into any post, and WordPress will automatically replace it with the video.

    Thanks!

Embarrassed grin — Clear the cache — can’t believe I didn’t follow my own advice.

Secondary Menu — knew it was right in front of my eyes. Thank you.

So far, that’s all I’ve noticed odd. 1.4 is definitely a winner. I love the new post types, although now I will exclude status update posts from the slider.

Thanks again for all your hard work. It is appreciated.

Although, it would be easier to include an option to exclude certain categories from the slider, or to make “Category to show in slider” option a series of check boxes rather than a drop-down, so multiple categories could be selected. But that would probably be a lot of coding….

    Thx but..

No, it doesn’t. It shows only the link. Or I’ll hhave to use the embed code, but when go to WYSIWYG, the editor delete the string.

    See this Codex page: http://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds

I’ve also just checked in revision 152 in the theme’s Google Code page, which adds a bunch of colour options to the theme’s display options. The options should be sufficient to easily and completely alter the theme’s color scheme, except for the icons and the menus.

No, there is only the URL.

I’ll test it. Do you have a plan when you’ll release the beta and the final version? And what is with Antiaris?

I’m planning of a total of 2 weeks of testing period, depending on the amount of bug reports coming in. Beta will probably come in another 4 or 5 days.

There’s still quite a lot of things that need fixing with Antiaris. I got my hands quite full now, but will definitely get to it when things clear up.

    @Tigeryoshi

Go to http://www.yoshiuniversum.de/wp-admin/options-media.php and tick box marked “Auto Embeds” then it will work.

Thx, I’ll test it tomorrow. At the moment there is an error with my Backend. (I can’t log in anymore). Since yesterday there is an error with Page- and Graphene Updates.

Perhaps my Theme changer (that I installed yesterday, but also uninstalley yesterdaay) is bad.

    I think I reinstall wordpress.
