Affiliate coding
-
So I have some affiliates that I am set up with. I get the coding for the text link and put on my site. For some reason when I look at the page there is a little gray box on the bottom right of the link. I have found that if I take out the image part of the code the box will go away. According the affiliate company if I change up the coding at all then they aren’t responsible if I don’t get credit for it. It just looks bad having that gray box. Any suggestions??
ModLink to site?
Which affiliates?
What is the code?
Here is an example of what I am talking about. http://www.totalfitnessexperience.com/supplement-database/
The affiliate is muscleandstrength.com but it’s through cj.com. I also have an affiliate program with amazon.com and never have a problem with the coding I get from there. Here is the code:
<h3 style="text-align: center;"><a href="http://www.kqzyfj.com/click-5559127-10789502">Top 50 Selling Supplements!</a><img alt="" src="http://www.tqlkg.com/image-5559127-10789502" /></h3>
If I remove the part that starts with <img alt…. then it doesn’t have the grey box anymore.
Thanks!
Put code in between backtick (
Code:`) characters. It’s usually located above the Tab key on your keyboard.
