Admin Permissions lost

I made changes to my header image and now I don’t have permission to make any additional changes. This is with the Genesis theme and the site is http://www.zestforsports.com

Well, not the Graphene theme, so…………..

However, I don’t know how changing the image can restrict permissions, unless there is something wonky with the theme code.

It is something like calling Microsoft Support Centre and asking, “Could you please tell me how to bypass gnome-keyring password prompt in my KDE?”
