After updating Graphene to the latest version, everytime when I place a message block somwhere in my post, the AddThis plugin is displayed within the block instead of beeing correctly displayed at the end of the post. How do I fix that?

Try using graphene_after_post_content or graphene_post_footer action hook and add a text widget with the AddThis sharing code.
