I have changed my blog to a ‘website’ but now want to have the blog and website on the same page. Is there anyway I can move the posts page to another part of the site and is it possible to move the posts on the navigation list to the very end after ‘contact us’I hope I am making sense.

You can just use the WordPress default front page (not a static front page), and then make the post that you want to always be shown on top a Sticky Post.
