Adding 1.6 slider feature to 1.5.6?

    I like the “Read More” buttons on the 1.5 slider – but I also like having the left (unshaded) column as a link – as it is in 1.6.

    Can I have the best of both worlds?

    The class for the slider button is .block-button. If you wish, you can copy the code for that element from the 1.5.6 style sheet and paste it in your 1.6 child theme stylesheet or custom css.
