Add 'Hide Page Title' option

    Hi,

    Hopefully can have an option to hide page title in your theme option, instead of using CSS to solve it. TQ.

    This option is too granular – if we go down this path it’ll result in the theme having too many options, each controlling one little thing. It’s not efficient, and will be less user friendly as well.

    We’d rather create options that are flexible and can be used to achieve many things – like the Custom CSS feature that you can use to hide virtually any element in the theme and not just the page title.
