I am building a new site and need to add an image using an Action Hook. The problem is that non of them are in the right place. My new site is http://www.CITSvcs.com. I want to position a photo near the header/over and to the right as in this image If the link does not show here is the URL of the image: http://citsvcs.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/Image-Widget-Action-Hook.png.
Is there any way to do this, and if so how?
