1.7.1 problems

  Upgraded http://compton.parish.hants.gov.uk to Graphene 1.7.1

  The updated site seems to work fine for normal visitors.

  But many admin operations such as publishing a page or activating a plugin seem to hang and I am left looking at a blank window.

  (Chrome on OS X Lion)

  The operation generally does complete successfully but I have to manually re-enter the URL and reload the page.

  I know I should have taken a backup, but is there anywhere I can redownload graphene 1.7 ?

  ps If I switch to the Twenty-Eleven theme the problem goes away

  I think this was my error.

  I had edited theme-functions.php and accidentally added a space after the final “>”.

  This sometimes resulted in a blank page but sometimes the following error message which pointed me to the source of the problem
