WordPress 3.7.1 updated – visual editor not working

I just updated my website to 3.7.1. Now the visual editor does not work at all. I only had the Jetpack plugin installed and tried deactivating it. It still did not work.

I installed and switched to the Twenty-Thirteen theme and the editor works when it is active. As soon as I activate Graphene, the visual editor goes back to just being blank.

Any other ideas on how to get the editor to work??

The same thing happened to me when I upgraded to Graphene 1.9.2

This was not a clean upgrade for me since it was missing a key css file.

I downloaded the graphene.1.9.2.zip file and replaced the entire contents of my wp_content/themes/graphene directory which got the theme working but the visual editor still did not work. As above it works fine when I activate other themes.

Other stuff must have been missing or corrupted as well.

I cannot replicate the issue you’re reporting on my local development environment as well as on the theme’s demo site, all running WP 3.7.1 and Graphene 1.9.2. Can you perhaps provide a screenshot of the issue? Also, do you use Firefox and have Firebug installed for it?
