Can't customize

When i try to open the customizer option in WordPress, it keeps loading for hours on end. Same happend when I go to Graphene Settings.

Which WordPress version are you using? Is there any error message being displayed or sent to your email?

using latest version of WordPress. Not getting any other messages.

I’m also having the same problem with a brand new install of Graphene on a new site.

Going to Customize brings up the standard page, but the options do not load.
(*note: Graphene customization options still load correctly on existing websites.)

No error message.
The tag description just says “loading…”

Is there any plugins active on the site? If yes, try disabling them to see if it’s caused by a plugin conflict.
