Blank page on tablet

    Hi!

    I am using GM Neo and all works perfect on Smartphones, but in tablet I only see a blank page on Android and iOS tablets, how can I know where is the problem?

    Try emptying the browser’s cache and also deleting cookies.

    I am (not) seeing that as well. What theme do you have selected for those devices in the Any Mobile Theme plugin?

    I use Graphene and Graphene Mobile Neo for smarpthone and tablet. I have installed in other WP and have worked OK, I don’t know why in tablet shows white screen… if I mark the ‘see like PC’ option in Chrome for Android or iOS tablet it shows the PC version correctly.

    That is indeed weird. Unfortunately, there’s nothing much we can do from our side without having a look at the server’s error log file. Any chance you can get that for us?

    In the mean time, I would suggest to use the standard Graphene theme for tablets, as their display size is typically large enough to accommodate the standard Graphene theme.

    I have change default theme for tablets and now it works perfect! I didn’t think to do it before…

    Now I think it’s all OK, it’s not need to change anything more.

    Thank you very much for your help, Graphene family themes is the best I hace found in WP.
