    Hi, can you help please.

I have a plugin that will not update?

The support of that plugin are saying it is due to a glitch in the Graphene child theme?

I have deleted the old plugin and install the new version, but my site layout changes drastically?

I have received this message from the plugin developers –

You can try to reach out to the theme developers, show them the js errors:

maybe they can update the theme to eliminate the cause.

Does anyone know if this can be solved??

    thank you, Steve

I am also having issues that I thought resolved and are returning….My homepage is not updating with current posts, and all of my new posts and ALL categories are loading completely wrong, making the page unreadable.

Blipe27 – the more I google the problem, the more it points to a theme code / jQuery issue.

Unfortunately I do not know enough about it..?

It is a Plugin and Theme that has been written with different code that is not compatible..??

When I change my whole theme to the latest WP theme everything renders correct.

It would seem plugins are coded to WP but the Gaphine Child Theme is slightly out somewhwere..???

Again, there does seem to be a workaround, but I cannot find where to change the code to make things right..

Very frustrating as I luv Graphene theme and do not wont to change to another.

But it would be nice if someone had an answer here.

    Hi Steve,

Can you try switching to the parent Graphene theme to see if the issue is with the child theme?

    Hi Steve,

That puts the issue squarely in the child theme (or how it is being handled). Can you list the files that you have in the child theme here?
