Also, how can I set that the child theme will get the header image, background image and menu order from the Graphene theme and I wouldn’t have to configure all of it again?
A child theme is, technically, a new theme, so when you switch to it, you generally have to reset the header image, background image, and widgets. That’s because these items are handled by WordPress, rather than by the theme.
