graphene mobile uses Page Title instead of Navigation Label

    Hi,

New to Mobile but already fairly happy with the theme.

One thing that I don’t understand is:

In my desktop version of Graphene I use short Navigation Labels in the header menu to keep my sites clean, I use extensive Title Attributes for the menu items however, for SEO purposes and because site visitors know what they click on.

    So far so good.

Graphene mobile however shows not the Navigation Label in the header menu (I use <select> element for menu) but the Site Title, which makes it clumsy.

Any reason why the Mobile theme ignores the Navigation Label and uses Site Title for the header menu?

Any way I can change this? It probably is easy if you know where to look…

    Thanks for any help!

    Hi Frits,

Graphene Mobile has its own Custom Menu locations. You will have to assign the custom menus you have to the Menu Locations in Graphene Mobile via WP Admin > Appearance > Menus.

Let me know if the above solves it for you.

    Thanks for the reply.

Now I see: WP Admin > Appearance > Menus > Manage locations > Graphene Mobile Header Menu

Then I need to select which menu to use.

    Thanks again, solved!
