So yea, I wanna know how I can edit the register form on my website. It’s so basic and unprofessional considering I will be using a social network and people must register. Can anyone help me out?

I’m not sure what you mean by “so basic and unprofessional ” but there are ways to do this. First, there are plugins that you can use, or you can use a child theme and some custom code without a plugin:

If you know basic HTML, CSS, and a bit of PHP, I would opt for the latter way. Otherwise, plugins (though limited) are the way to go.

Well you know like the usual just asking for email and stuff like that. I wanted to make it look a little more professional like Facebooks registration page per say.

Edit: Also I’m gonna try out what you told me before I do anything further.
