I have figured out how to change the text length in the excerpt box but not the box itself. i want to reduce it to the 2 inches in height it is now to about 1 inch.

Also, the thumbnail would need to be reduced to 100 as well.

Any help would be appreciated

Are you talking about the excerpt that appears in the slider, or the slider itself? Or are you talking about the homepage panes?

Generally, this should be under Settings >> Media

Sorry, the excerpt that posts to a category or to the home page if it is not static.

for example,

http://www.granitestateproject.org/category/local-interests/

I just want to reduce it so the thumbnail is about 100 x 100 and the entgire excerpt box is half the size it is now.

Ok, thanks. I was hyper focused on dealing with the code I didn’t realize the thumbnail was an easy settings change. Thanks.
