Changing some options in Theme Options get an Error

    While changing some options (eg columns) works fine, when I try to change other options (eg front page alternat widget display) I get the following error:

    Error 403: Forbidden

    Your PHP settings have been disabled by an H-Sphere administrator.

    Your current PHP configuration:

    This configuration was changed: Tue Apr 12 07:01:53 UTC 2011

    Please bring your PHP configuration in compliance with admin settings or request your administrator to re-enable support of your settings.

    Not sure why as I have admins rights.

    Any ideas?
