why do my content keywords not show up in Google?

    4 months ago I rebuilt my blog with Graphene.

    So today I checked out Google’s Webmaster Tool to realize that none, but really none of my keywords (not to talk of content keywords) is showing up…..

    I also use SEO by YOAST and thought everything is fine. After this disastrous result I ask myself now: How can I fix it?

    Help is really appreciated.
