I just set up a new WordPress install (3.5.1) and installed the Graphene Theme (1.8.4)

When I go to the Permalinks page, it comes up blank. I can go to the header page, but after I upload or select an image, it comes up blank when I should have an option to save my settings.

I can change back to theme Twenty Twelve or Twenty Eleven and both of these functions work fine.

I reinstalled both WordPress and Graphene and do not have any active plugins. I experience this with both Chrome and IE9.

My host is Gate. I have used the theme without problems on GoDaddy before, but this is my first experience with Gate.

Suggestions?

The only things that have been done after the new WP install is changing the theme, deleting the default post and page and adding 1 blank page.

Try enabling WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file and see if any error message comes up.

I enabled it, but am not getting any error messages, however, the Permalinks page is now working.

When I select the header image from the library or upload a file the screen come back blank where I would normally save my changes. The URL that won’t display is:
