When I share a post on Facebook, it shows up with my blog name, not my post name. I know this has to be an easy fix but I can’t seem to figure it out. Please help.
That’s because you have only the Site title in the <title> tag on single posts. Go to Graphene Options –> Display –> Miscellaneous Display Options and change title structure.
I guess you’ve just put #site-name in Custom content pages site title field. Remove it to set default title structure, i,e #post-title » #site-name
