Just installed and trying to get going. However, all customizations I’ve made through Graphene Options/Display/Header/Background only appear when I’m logged into my blog. Otherwise, it’s the default header & background, and seemingly an older layout of the right column widgets (different widgets than current settings). Tried clearing cache and re-loading page to no affect.

Thanks for the quick reply. Yes, that’s correct. Any reason why there would be some sort of time delay until changes appear in the logged-out state? (It’s now correct for me in the logged-out state as well).

The only reason I can think of right now is if you’re using some kind of caching plugin, like WP Super Cache.

I had the same problem. It was the WP Super Cache Plugin. Just uninstall it, and the problem is gone. 😉
