First, Thanks for this great theme !

I need something a little bit special (or not?)

I want to make 2 statics Pane on the front page, i don’t want the excerpt, or excerpt-thumb, i want the page display like when you click the read more button. Img, link, video anything but only on the Panes.

i wanted to show 2 panes for informations that have to say in the homepage, but with the possibility to choose a post/page easily (end users).

I’ve already succeeded to change the excerpt size but it seems to remove many things so i prefer that the post/page don’t be ‘excerpted’.

to resume, i need 2 or more Static front page with the aspect of Panes.

Is it possible ?

Sure it’s possible, but not without some serious coding activity. 🙂

Anyway, draw wanted layout in some graphic editor so we can see exactly what you want.

Maybe it’s not that complicated as it sounds 😉

Don’t use homepage panes. Just show 2 full posts on the front page.

Use a Graphene action hook widget area. Add two text widgets to the front page.

Will that work for you,maybe?
