Crawl across the top of the page

I have sports recruiting page and I would like a crawl or scroll that runs across the top of my page with new commitments. Is there a plugin that works with your theme?

Crawl/scroll not sure if that is what it is called but it basically is like what you see cnn down at the bottom that continually moves across the screen with information.

You can use non-standard HTML tag <marquee>. Use this if you are not bothered about browser compatibility and validating. Otherwise, I’d recommend achieving the same using JavaScript or jQuery.

I do not know how to work this on the back end. I need a plug in. I can only do simply things.
