Hey guys
This is driving me a bit mad.
Whenever I link to my blog posts in my Facebook group, it never finds the featured image – instead it always pulls an image from the sidebar.
This didn’t happen in the pervious theme I was using. Is there a setting in Graphene somewhere that controls social images?

My workaround was by installing Yoast SEO – it has a feature to designate the Facebook OG image for each post

At the moment, Graphene only generates the Schema microdata in the JSON+LD format. While this caters to most major search engines, Facebook unfortunately does not use this format, preferring instead the Open Graph format.

In the next update, we’ll be adding Open Graph equivalent of the schema microdata into the theme. You should see more consistent sharing across platforms then.
