I was making some changes to the colours etc. on the Graphene theme and noticed that I had to update the theme and did so – it is now 1.7.3. The front page now doesn’t show my posts like before. There is something strange at the top and then small summaries of lots of my posts. It all looks a bit ugly. It is either the update which did it or I have changed something inadvertently. My site is http://www.strandsofmylife.com
You are using static front page. Those post summaries in small boxes are homepage panes. You can disable them in Graphene Options –> Homepage Panes (select Disable homepage panes). You can show most recent posts instead of static front page by selecting Your latest posts in WP-Admin –> Reading Settings –> Front page displays
Thanks so much – that is fixed now. I have no idea how it happened since I didn’t go near the reading settings but I did unclick the disable homepage panes because nothing at all was showing. Anyway, it’s fixed now and thanks for the quick reply.
Moved to Support, since this isn’t really a Graphene bug.
Marking thread as resolved. You can do this yourself as well.
