Technically you can, but not through the standard WordPress header option.
Roughly, these would be the steps:
1. Activate graphene_header action hook widget area.
2. Add the video code to the “Graphene Header” widget area.
3. Use “Additional CSS” option to style the header, e.g. positioning, margins, width, etc.
