Disabling a few widgets on static page.

    I’d like just the twitter portion and a text block on my static, and for the blog have evrything and no text block. I’m relatively new to WordPress, but I learn quickly once I’m told how to do something.

    The easiest way to control how widgets are displayed on your pages is to use a plugin. Widget Logic seems to be a very popular one:

    So, is that what you are trying to do is to control which widgets are display on each page?
