Pages / posts show blog name in black text. Home page correctly shows selected color.

Every page (Pages, individual Posts, everything except the Home page) shows the blog’s name in the header in a black font color, even though I chose white in the theme options. The home page correctly shows it as I selected.

Since I’m using a dark header background, it looks like there is no blog name on every page except Home. If you mouseover, it shows up white. Is this a known bug?
