Getting error for any action done using the theme

    I keep on getting this error msg

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/savyhipp/public_html/wp-content/themes/graphene/functions.php:39) in /home/savyhipp/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 866

    when I try to amend comments/ add something new etc.. not sure what I did to trigger this but how to resolve it?

    You have a space either before the opening <?php tag or after the closing ?> tag in your functions file. Take them out, reupload it, and everything should be fine.
