Shortcode to insert page's featured image into sidebar widget area

I was wondering if there is a shortcode or plugin available that allows a page’s featured image to automatically display in the sidebar widget area?

The featured image widget is as simple as it sounds. However, there is no way to center the image in the widget with plugin settings alone.
