    Did you change anything in your /graphene/includes/theme-head.php file?

    I don’t think so but I’ll try reloading the file via FTP?

    Try updating /includes/theme-head.php file with this one – http://graphene.googlecode.com/svn/branches/1.6/includes/theme-head.php

    Clear browser cache by pressing Ctrl+F5. Then try again. If you are using any caching plug-in like W3 Total cache, flush them.
