    How do I remove the Navigation Menu that is appearing because of the page titles – I just want to use my Custom Menu – http://www.hiatusmassage.com – you will see both are showing… How do I correct this?

    You could try this in your Custom CSS (or Child theme):

    #header-menu-wrap {
    
display: none;
    
}
