How do you change your PS3 language to a foreign language that is not standard?

    I wanted to change my PS3 language display of the menu to Vietnamese because my relative is using the PS3 as a DVD player. So i wanted to change the menu language to Vietnamese so he could know where to go, he knows how to handle the media player.key xbox 360 PS3 Hack dyson fan
