Isolating before content action hook to single page.

    I want to use the ‘graphene_before_content’ or ‘graphene_before_content-main’ action hook on the home page only. How can I isolate it to just that single page?

    Discovered a thread utilizing the ‘widget logic’ plug in and got this working.
