Upgraded to WooCommerce today.
1. The following message appeared "Your theme does not declare WooCommerce support"-- even after I had created the woo commerce.php file.
2. The width of the product page is very small and there is not link to checkout which was available before the upgrade.

Try asking the WooCommerce support, as it appears to be an issue on their side.
