Underline Custom Menu

Hi Guys
Created a custom menu. Which appears as a bullet point with Blue Text.

Is there a way I can:

1) Underline the test for custom menu only

2) Increase text size and change color.

Would appreciate some advice. Thanks

Every menu item gets a unique WordPress ID. You can target its attributes that way.
