Hi. Any idea why the text, fonts, colours, change from my home page to individual pages, posts? Is it possible that I have checked/unchecked something to bring this about?

If Graphene has the facility to do this, I think that is great, but i would just like to know what I may have done.

Graphene Theme Options >> Display Options >> Text Style Options

Enter a font in the boxes labeled "Title text font" and "Description text font".

Have you entered any fonts in those boxes? If so, which fonts?

Have you entered any values in the "Google Webfonts" box? If so, what?

What font do you want these things to be displayed in?
