Strange Empty Space between submenus and Childs RTL

Here is a new Problem, after I fixed the RTL problem, there seems to be a space between the submenu and its childs, this is causing navigation problems as the menu disappear when moving the mouse between the submenu and its child, unless you are fast enough!!

Here is an image of what I am talking about:

You have a lot of lines in that menu! Is there no better way to organize it?

Adding this should remove the space.

#secondary-menu ul .menu-item-ancestor > a {
    padding-right: 15px;
}

Thank you,
I added the code to the end of the file of rtl.css and the end of the file of style.css but still nothing changed!

Adding this should remove the space.

Add this to custom CSS. Don't edit parent theme files.
