I am trying to add an author image using a declared URL: http://i49.tinypic.com/1om73c.jpg
However it does not appear: http://aroundtheworldtravels.co.uk/author/jimmcgovern15/
The user I am editing doesn't want to use Gravatar and add to his list of accounts that he has.
Any idea what might be the issue? A plugin compatibility issue most likely?....
