Personal theme for a page.

I would like do a personal theme of page to select it like "two columns, sidebar right". I've tried to do a duplicated the theme-twocolumnsright.php but with different name so I've tried doing modifications but....when I select my new theme, the website is crazy!!! The sidebar is removed...I don't know why?????

Can you help me please?

You need to create a child theme:

You need to understand both PHP and how the theme puts pages together. Without that, you probably won't be able to figure this out. Start with a child theme, and then let us know what kind of modifications you are trying to do.

I think that yo don't understand me....I don't want create a new theme of wordpres...I want create a type of page or post page...now I can select betwen someone...like two columns, three...I want do a new page of this type.

You will need to create a new page template and add it to your child theme folder.
