New menu items are not saved

There is limit on the maximum number of items in the menu.
I make a drop down menu with the headings and subheadings (level 4). When adding new columns and hit save, wrote that new headings are preserved, but they are not saved. There is a limit to the addition of headings and subheadings in the menu? If so, what can you do? Thank you.

You are probably running into memory limits on your server. As far as I know, neither WordPress nor Graphene impose limits on menus.

Do you mean that you have something like this:
```
Main Menu Item
    Sub Menu Item
       Sub-sub Menu Item
            Sub-sub-sub Menu Item
```
?

If so, that can lead to navigation difficulties for some users.
