Losing featured images as headers

After I remove a featured image and add a new featured image I am losing featured images as headers. Is anyone else seeing this?

I'm using the latest WP version 3.5.1, and Graphene version: 1.8.3 with a child theme.

Make sure the size of the featured image is at least as big as the size of the header image.

I realized earlier today that the image size had changed by 3 pixels and it is now working. I meant to close this earlier. Sorry about that.
