Links not working in posts

Hi

When I make a new post and add a link, such as the two that are in the top post at http://www.hackneytools.com, the links don't show up. Any ideas what's wrong please? When I make the post and Preview it, it looks fine. As soon as I publish it, the links disappear.

Link is there. But it doesn't show up in excerpt. You can see links when viewing full post.
To enable link in excerpts, go to Graphene Options --> Display --> Excerpts Display Options and put <a> in Retain these HTML tags in excerpts
